Quasar

Established: 1992

Quasar is lighting with a big YES!

In 1992, Quasar presented itself for the first time at an international fair: Euroluce in Milan. The look and feel of that time are still visible in their collection.

Haute Couture

Quasar is one of the most avant-garde lighting companies in the modern market.
Their designs begin with their choice of material. This material then determines the classical or modern form and style of the item.
Quasar should be viewed as the Haute Couture collection of the lighting world. A one of a kind statement in any space.

Collaboration

Through the years the companies collection has expanded by collaborations with world-famous designers like “Ravage”, Edward van Vliet and the Belgian artist Jan Pauwels. They release new models every year. This steady growth of the collection has made Quasar one of the most creative lighting collections on the market. This growth has been followed by investment into larger production capacities, consistently raising the excellent quality of the products and developing their inventive packaging.

Customisation

For all models, Quasar offers the possibility to make custom sizes or colours. As every project is different, individuality is important. It is possible to create new models based on architects' sketches. Whilst available for home installations. This strength is at it's best in hospitality or public space projects where scale can be explored. A perfect example of this is the companies Citadel composition project in Leon. Locally you will find these pieces in the newly refurbished Redcliff RSL.
