The Bower Tree

Designed by KP Architects, The Bower Tree is a community club in the heart of Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast. This bold architectural landmark has become the preeminent venue in the area, and a benchmark for others to aspire to. Our design team worked closely with KP Architects and Paynters to curate lighting selections that enhance both functionality and aesthetics, often involving custom manufacture. Feature fittings include:

Line Vetri by PUK - This exterior LED strip light serves as a welcoming beacon, subtly guiding the community into the hub. Its sleek, minimalist design creates a seamless flow from the exterior to the interior, while its warm, ambient glow sets the tone for a sophisticated and engaging experience.

Bubble Rod Pendants - Gracing the foyer and expansive void spaces are our custom-made Bubble Rod Pendants. Crafted in Brisbane, these fixtures exude a sense of refined luxury. Their radiant illumination casts a warm, enveloping glow, accentuating the space with a touch of elegance. The pendants’ design harmoniously blends with the architectural elements, adding depth and character to the interior.

H Series Pendant and Nix Spotlights - A fusion of innovation and artistry, these custom-made fittings stand as both functional lighting and sculptural artwork. The H Series Pendant and Nix Spotlights are adorned throughout with sculptural aluminium sheets, which enhance their illumination with a striking visual impact. The interplay of light and shadow creates dynamic patterns, transforming each lighting fixture into a playful centrepiece that complements the venue’s distinctive design.

The curved motifs of these feature fittings are then echoed with the Circ Ring Wall light and Globo Lamps, which add soft illumination in transition spaces without glare. 

Together, these lighting solutions not only fulfill their practical roles but also elevate The Bower Tree’s architectural grandeur, reinforcing its status as a beacon of modern community spaces.
