Maru by David Trubridge

Maru is the newest concept luminaire from our studio and is made from 60 identical components that clip together to create an elliptical form. 

The name Maru is found in both New Zealand Maori and Japanese languages, with references to the cycle of life. 

This design is suitable for any interior application both residential and commercial.

Sustainability factors;

• E0 laminating glue avoids harmful toxins
• Minimal wastage produced
• Water-based paints (Coloured one side or both side versions)

Maru is available in 2 sizes ranging from 1100mmø to 1400mmø.

The Bamboo plywood finish is available in natural or painted on either one or both sides.

Natural and coloured one side: supplied with white suspension cable and clear clips

Black both sides: supplied with black clips
